Primark has unveiled its Primark Harris Tweed collection as part of its Autumn/Winter offering.

I’m beyond excited to get my hands on this four-piece collection. This is the best value Harris Tweed that has EVER happened - at just £85 (€95) for a jacket, and £30 (€35) for a waistcoat. It’s one of those fabrics that every man needs in his wardrobe. It blends a great mix of sartorially sharp with a countryside comfort - the jackets are cut in a slim fit adding the the modern-classic update and finished in a herringbone or checked weave. The capsule collection also features the iconic certification label with signature orb logo for an official authentication stamp.

It makes quite a departure from the usual super-fast fashion of the high street chain - Harris Tweed takes considerably longer to produce, with every yarn is made in Scotland by one of 130 staff

The Primark Harris Tweed capsule collection is a limited run for Paris and Penneys Dublin, and is available in selected stores in the UK including Oxford street, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Liverpool, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Selfridges Trafford, Selfridges Birmingham, Cologne and Berlin.
